REGISTRATION FEES

The conference registration fee includes the Conference Program, Scopus Proceedings/Scopus Book of Chapter, Certificate of Presentation, Conference Kit (for physical attendees), Certificate of Best Paper Award (for selected papers) and Best Special Award (for selected papers).

Please Note:

  • Your acceptance will be canceled, and publication will be placed on hold if full payment is not received.
  • The registration fee is non-refundable.
  • Publication in WOS/Scopus journals is not included.
  • Additional fees will be applied for extra certificates of participation or certificates of award: RM15.00 or USD5.00 per certificate.

After receiving the acceptance notice for your full paper, you may proceed with the payment via Bank Transfer or Online Payment. Please note that payment is mandatory for each submission and must be completed before the deadline.

If your submission is accepted, we will send you a notification and you must complete the payment process. Once finalized, you will be entitled to present it at the ARSCIC 2025.
