INNOVATION COMPETITION
INVENTOR SUBMISSION & REGISTRATION GUIDELINES
Awards are open exclusively to participants of the Innovation Competition.
An invention or innovation must be new, unless significant modifications have been made since it was previously presented in any other exhibition or competition.
Each inventor/innovator must complete a separate entry form for each invention or innovation per category. Only one invention or innovation may be submitted per form.
SUBMISSION AND REVIEW PROCESS
The poster for each participant should include the following content:
Introduction/Abstract
Problem statement
Novelty & Inventiveness
Product Description/picture/data/result and discussion
Participants may include additional supporting materials such as brochures, flyers, newspaper clippings, business proposals, previous awards, certificates, pictures, patent applications, or other relevant documentation to strengthen their project or exhibition submission.
Professional judges will be appointed from selected industries and academia.
The judges’ decisions are final, and no complaints or appeals will be entertained.
PRIVACY STATEMENT
The names and email addresses entered on this Innovation Competition site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this competition and will not be shared with third parties for any other purpose.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Participants must submit a complete innovation project for evaluation. Only those who have completed the submission and payment process will be eligible to participate in the competition.
All submitted innovations must be original and must not have been previously presented or awarded in any other competition unless significant modifications have been made.
We strongly uphold innovation ethics and integrity. Any form of plagiarism, fabrication, or unethical conduct will result in immediate disqualification.
