REGISTRATION FEES

The  innovation competition fee includes the Certificate of Presentation, Certificate of Best Innovation Award (selected innovator), Best of the Best Award (selected innovator) and Best Special Award (selected innovator).

Please Note:

  • Your acceptance will be cancelled, and the presentation will be placed on hold if full payment is not made.
  • The registration fee is non-refundable.
  • Additional fees will be applied for extra certificates of participation, certificates of award, and medals of award: RM10.00 or USD5.00 per certificate, and RM100.00 or USD25.00 per medal.

PAYMENT METHOD

After receiving the acceptance notice for your abstract and submitting your full paper, you may proceed with the payment via Bank Transfer or Online Payment. Please note that payment is mandatory for each submission (title/abstract) and must be completed before the full paper submission deadline.

REGISTRATION

Register as an Inventor (for Abstract)

If your submission is accepted, we will send you a notification and you must complete the payment process. Once finalized, you will be entitled to present it at the ARSCIC 2025.
