PAPER SUBMISSION & REGISTRATION GUIDELINES

It is mandatory for at least one author of an accepted paper to register in order for the paper to be included in the Scopus Proceedings / Scopus Book of Chapter and the Technical Program. If an author has multiple accepted papers, a discount will be applied to the registration fee for additional papers.

Only full papers are accepted. Authors may deliver an oral presentation after their full paper is accepted, and the payment is completed. Your paper will be submitted to reviewers for further validation, and the authors must submit the finalized version for publication.

All submitted papers must report original research results, whether experimental or theoretical, that have not been previously published or are under consideration for publication elsewhere. Papers submitted to the conference must adhere to these criteria. We strongly uphold ethical research practices, and therefore, any act of plagiarism or academic misconduct is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

ONLINE SUBMISSION AND REVIEW PROCESS

Please be informed that the event will transition from a physical format to an online event. All participants are required to prepare and submit 5 videos as part of their participation.

Authors are invited to submit their paper to the conference. All submissions will undergo initial screening by an editor to determine their relevance to the conference’s aims and scope. Submissions deemed suitable will proceed to peer review, after which a final decision of acceptance or rejection will be made.

Before submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any accompanying materials, such as photographs, datasets, and documents. Additionally:

  • All listed co-authors must consent to their inclusion

  • Where applicable, research ethics approval must be obtained in accordance with the legal requirements of the study’s country.

An editor may desk-reject a submission if it does not meet the minimum quality standards. Before submitting, ensure that the study design and research argument are properly structured and articulated. The title should be concise, and the paper should be able to stand alone, as this increases the likelihood of acceptance and reviewer engagement.

Once you are satisfied that your submission meets these requirements, please follow the submission checklist below.
